Description: Voza Rivers, Executive Producer, New Heritage Theatre Group Est.1964 announced today that the Award- winning play WINTERKILL, (written and directed by Ms. Denise Flemming) will have a return engagement on Saturday, November 22, 2008, 2PM at Harlem Hospital’s 400 seat Herbert Cave Auditorium.

Dr. John Palmer, Harlem Hospital’s Executive Director enthusiastically stated, “WINTERKILL” is one of the most creatively effective presentations to deal with multiple personality disorder I’ve seen to date.”

WINTERKILL is part of the Harlem Healthy Living Initiative of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce. Lloyd Williams, president and CEO of The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce said, “WINTERKILL is a perfect cultural presentation that deals with mental disorders in communities of color.”

River’s further states “WINTERKILL is one of New Heritage’s most requested presentations. This one-woman show, performed by Denise Flemming, to standing room only audiences, is a powerful and riveting theatrical experience that exposes multiple personalities buried in an abusive past. Through Flemming’s gripping portrayal of several characters, she reveals that, “The things we experience as young people truly affect us for the rest of our lives.” This performance is recommended for mature audiences.
